~ All Vendors must abide by the Festival rules and guidelines~
All booths must be in location provided by the festival
All tents must be 10x10 or otherwise agreed upon
Set up of booths is on Friday August 12 Starting at 1pm to 7pm
Tear down is on Saturday August 13 at 10pm or Sunday August 14 between 8am-10am.
Cost of booth space is $100 for merchandise/$250 for food booths (this is for the day of Festival Main Event)
No booth is allowed to sell alcohol or beverages
Festival provides power, but each booth must bring its own light fixtures...lamp etc.
Festival will not be held personal and liable for any lack of sales or any other circumstances, act of God, or anything beyond festival means and control.
Food Vendors
All food vendors must have liability insurance
Must have a temporary Food and Service License to operate
