~ All Vendors must abide by the Festival rules and guidelines~

  • All booths must be in location provided by the festival
  • All tents must be 10x10 or otherwise agreed upon
  • Set up of booths is on Friday August 12  Starting at 1pm to 7pm
  • Tear down is on Saturday August 13 at 10pm or Sunday August 14 between  8am-10am.
  • Cost of booth space is $100 for  merchandise/$250 for food booths (this is for the day of Festival Main Event)
  • No booth is allowed to sell alcohol or beverages
  • Festival provides power, but each booth must bring its own light fixtures...lamp etc.
  • Festival will not be held personal and liable for any lack of sales or any other circumstances, act of God, or anything beyond festival means and control.
Food Vendors 
  • All food vendors must have liability insurance
  • Must have a temporary Food and Service License to operate
  • Must abide by the rules of this license to operate~Any questions please contact
