Saskatoon Reggae and World Music Box Office Policy and Festival Information:
- Box office hours are Monday-Friday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
- All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
- Ticket purchases by Visa, MasterCard, debit, or cash unless otherwise
indicated. Door sales are cash only.
- Ticket Prices has a $2 per ticket service charge applied. This is for
all advance tickets.
- Service charges are included in day of price.
- Cover charges (at Night Clubs) are door sales only. No tickets
required. No service charge applies.
- No mailing out of Tickets. Tickets bought online may be picked up at
Box Office or at the door.
- Advance ticket prices expire at 3pm the day prior to performance.
- Children under 13 admitted free to Mainstage (Friendship Park). No
ticket required. Proof of age is mandatory.
TICKET PICKUP
- For your protection, we request that you present the credit card of
purchase, your photo identification, and your confirmation number when
picking up tickets at Box Office or picking up tickets held for you at
the door.
EVENT INFORMATION
- Cameras and recording devices are not permitted at Festival concerts.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted at any ReggaeFest venue.
- Festival events run rain or shine. Free events may be cancelled due to
inclement weather.
- Artists are subject to change without notice.
- Headliners go onstage last unless unforeseen circumstances arise.
- No dogs allowed in any indoor or outdoor ReggaeFest venues.
- Bring your own seating for Friendship Park Mainstage event.
- Smoking is NOT permitted at any Festival venue.
